जिस अक्षर (अमर) स्थान में वेद-ज्ञानी कहते हैं कि लोग प्रवेश करते हैं,
जिसमें संन्यासी और वीतराग लोग प्रवेश करते हैं,
जिस स्थान की इच्छा ब्रह्मचर्य और तपस्वी करते हैं,
मैं संक्षेप में तुम्हें वही पद बताऊँगा।


English Translation

That imperishable, eternal abode which the learned Vedic scholars speak of,
where renunciates and the desireless enter,
and which is sought by those practicing celibacy and spiritual discipline,
I will briefly describe to you.

इस श्लोक में भगवान श्रीकृष्ण मोक्ष और परम ब्रह्म के स्वरूप का संक्षिप्त वर्णन करते हैं।
